Welcome to the Chicago Systema Academy of Self
Protection web site.
Systema is a Russian Self Protection method based on
authentic Russian Martial Art and training of Special Forces. On our web
page you will find a wide range of information on about Systema history, training, founders and

Systema Academy of Self Protection runs at two
convenient locations by Arkadiy Stepankovskiy who was
certified and authorized by Mikhail Ryabko and Vladimir Vasiliev. We offer a wide range of
training - regular classes, private training, as well as seminars.

not reside in Chicago area and need to find Systema School nearby you then
